We would stay here again, because we greatly enjoyed it. On the whole, it’s an ideal base for having fun and exploring Rothesay.- The place is right by restaurants, pubs, and has been a favorite spot for weekends away for many years in Rothesay.

It had everything we needed, including a spacious lounge, well-appointed kitchen, and a cozy garden room. the bedroom was comfortable and had plenty of storage space. the cottage was also equipped with central heating for those chilly October days. the location was fantastic, with both the harbor and the Serpentine road just a short walk away. the cottage was tastefully decorated with charming sailing-themed curios. We also appreciated the thoughtful welcome pack, especially the delicious Tunnocks tea cakes. it was a wonderful experience.
Felt right at home, no reason to complain.

The location of the cottage is unbeatable, right in the heart of the vibrant town centre. You'll have easy access to shops, restaurants, and cafes. the Kettledrum cafe is just a stone's throw away, perfect for a cozy coffee or delicious meal. the cottage itself is well-equipped and tastefully furnished, providing a comfortable and relaxing stay. the hosts are welcoming and make sure you have everything you need during your visit.
Although the cottage offers great amenities and a central location, it's unfortunate that some shops and restaurants in the area were closed during our visit.

Great location, easy to find and close to attractions. the owner was helpful and provided a thorough explanation of the cottage's facilities. the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was lovely. the cottage had a spacious layout with tasteful decoration. the large TV and comfy couch were a plus.
Not as clean as expected, some areas were dusty and not properly cleaned. the bathroom could have been cleaner.
